App Store Connect

Once all the prerequisite steps are done and successfully performed, you will be able to continue with the process of submitting your application to the App Store. As already mentioned, to submit your application you will need to log in to App Store Connect with a valid Apple Developer account. This can be done here.

• Firstly, make sure to select the correct application under My Apps section.

• Secondly, create a new prepare for submission document by clicking a blue plus sign beside the menu title called iOS app at the top of the right-hand side menu

• Fill in a version number for the next release, for example, 1.0.1

• Give a brief description of the features that changed in this release as well as any bug fixes that your users would be happy about

• Select the latest build that you have uploaded under the Build section

• Choose the app store release method – you are able to manually release the application or schedule a time it will be automatically released.

• Select whether or not your app uses the advertising identifier

• (Optional) Update any screenshots or other content that has changed between the releases

• After you are happy with all the changes, you can submit an application for review by pressing the “Submit for review” button

In the text field for updating your users, you must write the most significant changes and improvements you did for this version of your application, and also try to write about the exact bug fixes you managed to remove from previous versions.
